During my brief first stint with RATIO in early 2020, this project was my single largest focus. I joined the project team partway through Design Development and remained with it through the beginning of Construction Document production.

Design discussions and issues I participated in spanned a range of scales from broad architectural decisions to specific details, from technical requirements to broad experiential discussions. These included: configuration of the entrance canopy and landscaping, façade treatment of the attached parking garage, electrical load requirements for electric vehicle charging in the garage, and detailing proportions of structural column wraps into a consistent, unitized language.
